The Escape Room LA currently has   four options: The group consisted of six people (Alex, Bryan, Kenny, Joanne, Jeric and Candace) + two additional strangers (which names I have forgotten already).  We decided to try our luck in The Pyramid ! This Space Ship is Far Out!   The next escape room location that my group and I did was at: I found this location on Groupon and found a pretty good deal. However, I called them to book the room in advance and they gave me a promotional code that I will share with you at the end of this review! The Room - Live Escape Room LA in Los Angeles, CA (North Hollywood) has two options to choose from: The group that I was with this time around was (Bryan, Kenny, Joanne, and Jun). Tea Cups, Clocks, Tables and Shrooms (Oh My!) The first location of the new year that I got to experience my first escape room of 2019 is: I actually found this location on accident during a much-needed trip to Morro Bay and Solvang Ca. We entered the Solvang location and thought about doing one of there rooms while in Solvang. Escape Room 101   In the last two years, I have been an active member of the escape room community. I am known as an escape room enthusiast! For those of you that do not know what escape rooms are or perhaps have never heard of them, this post is especially for you!   1.) What is an escape room? An escape room is a physical adventure game in which people are locked (by their own will) in a room with other participants, where they must solve a series of puzzles and riddles using clues, hints, and strategy to complete the objective at hand (Google & Wikipedia).   This is a pretty accurate representation of what the idea of an escape room is but there is so much more to learn about them.   My own take on it is this: It is a themed room, filled with puzzles, locks, clues and other devices designed to be solved and cracked.
